About Ledgez

Software shaped by the business it serves.

Ledgez was developed and refined inside an operating window treatment company, drapery workroom and decorative hardware business. For more than 15 years, real orders, production needs and accounting responsibilities have guided what the platform became.

The origin

It began as a better way to run a real company.

The platform was not created by starting with a generic list of software features. It grew from the recurring problems of quoting custom work, calculating material and labor, purchasing components, coordinating production, delivering orders, invoicing customers and maintaining accurate books.

When a process created unnecessary re-entry, confusion or avoidable mistakes, the system was adjusted. Over time, those improvements accumulated into a complete operating and accounting platform for the industry.

Why accounting belongs inside

The financial result is part of the job, not a separate afterthought.

A quote affects purchasing. Purchasing affects inventory and cost. Delivery affects invoicing. Payments affect receivables and cash. Ledgez keeps those relationships in one system instead of rebuilding the transaction in separate accounting software.

  • Operational records create the accounting trail
  • Customer and vendor activity stays connected
  • Inventory and costs support meaningful profitability
  • Financial statements reflect the work recorded by the business

What we believe

Industry software should respect how the industry actually works.

A

Accuracy before shortcuts

Custom products require reliable calculations, clear specifications and a traceable record.

B

One source of truth

Sales, production, purchasing and accounting should not maintain competing versions of the same job.

C

Configuration with purpose

The software should reflect the company's products and workflow without becoming unnecessary custom development.
